What would an Austin City Limits Music Festival be without its festival-within-a-festival, Austin Kiddie Limits? And what would an Austin Kiddie Limits be without Star Kids Yoga? For the fifth year in a row, Star Kids Yoga will be on hand to help children learn one of lifes most valuable lessons: exercise can be fun! Instructor Joy Linam has renamed and redesigned traditional yoga postures after animals especially with children in mind, which is why Star Kids Yoga has always been a hit at summer camps, after-school programs, birthday parties and of course the ACL Festival. The yoga postures which can improve balance, coordination and relaxation as well as memory and concentration are introduced imaginatively through dance, stories, crafts and play. All children are invited to join in the fun.
