Installation Support

We are finding that a small percentage of iPods are having problems with our installer software. If you experiencing any trouble with the installation, please download the clickguides™ below for manual installation:

To install: Download the zip files to your desktop and unzip. Open your "Notes" folder on your iPod. (Find your iPod icon on your desktop or under My Computer. Double click and browse to the "Notes" folder.) Choose the clickguide™ folder you want and simply drag it into your iPod "Notes" folder. Drag the music folder to your iTunes and sync to your iPod. Eject and Enjoy.

The first time you launch your "Notes" function after loading the files, your iPod will load the guide into memory. You will see a note counter on your screen. Depending on your iPod model and the size of the guide, this loading process can take 2-10 minutes. (We recommend you start some music before launching your notes to pass the time.) This only happens on the first time you load the guide. After this initial load, it's just a click away...Enjoy.
